![]() This does not require an internet connection to your cloud services or Drive.)īoth Solid Explorer or FX File manager (available from the Play store) should show in the Share sheet. Some File managers appear in the Share sheet, so you can save files internally (in the "SD card" memory of the emulator) (they are available within the emulator to import back into iReal Pro or available to email or copy/move to a shared folder your PC has access to, etc. Setting up email inside the emulator allows the email option in the Share sheet (as it does in an Android device). If you delete or have to reinstall your emulator program, iReal Pro is deleted along with the songs/playlists it has.) Always do regular backups, the songs/playlists you have are only within iReal Pro. (This is the recommended location for saving your iReal Pro individual songs, band/practice playlists and backup archives. Setting up Google Drive will give you the option to share to your cloud storage. If you are receiving iReal Pro formatted files in your Windows emails, save to Drive.įor sharing files from iReal Pro (exporting), the Share sheet in the emulator may not show many options initially. This is useful if you have Android devices, an Android emulator and your PC Windows all sharing files. Some use Drive as a shared location (install/setup Drive in both your PC and emulator) then you can save and transfer from one environment to the other using this shared storage location. However, to import files, make sure they are in the Android environment.) This effectively means you can double-click on an Android app in Windows, BlueStacks will automatically open then that app opens. (BlueStacks has an option (in its Settings) to create a shortcut on your Windows Desktop, for each Android app you have installed. Other emulators may offer the option (configuration) to set up a Shared folder where both Android and the PC environment share the folder's contents. This should show in the Overflow (Options) menu (usually top right, tap its 3 dots icon).īlueStacks-use their Media Manager to transfer files between your PC environment and BlueStacks, then import (using Open with.) The "Open with." import menu option lists the apps that can import a file. (Do not expect an iReal Pro formatted file (.html) in your PC environment to find or open iReal Pro to import it, you will have to transfer it into the emulator first.) Other help: Google support install information (if you have problems installing) (often clearing the caches works). Other emulators may have similar instructions for downloading/installing apps. All in all, I’ve had a great experience with the iReal Pro app and the support team. Warren was very helpful ! Cost of app is reasonably priced which is very much appreciated too. I was relieved that it was the same person I was dealing with too. He was very e-mail responsive which I appreciated. Is it possible to create/add as many bars as the tune calls for? □ Maybe in the future, irp could expand to a window desktop version other than a 3rd party version ? Recently I had a few irp troubleshooting issues and Warren, one of the support team members worked with me throughout the day via email to get them resolved. Also, a longer template would be helpful. I say all this because this was the reason I took the class-to get a better irp understanding. I found even stopping the video/s and rewinding each step ended up taking longer. The irp cons would be to put more detail in the step-by-step instruction videos per device and slow down each step please. After I got used to the edit mode and creating my own charts (in a small amount of time), I found this process very easy and fun. Alot of the class was focused on the edit mode/charting. Full disclosure-I did take a recent irp class. When I bought the iReal Pro app, I quickly realized those music gaps were filled- for example, charting. Because of this, there tends to be gaps in the learning music process. As a singer, we tend to learn music differently (playing by ear) than musicians with an instrument. IMO, IReal Pro is essential for all singers/musicians. Essential app for all singers and musicians
